As Chief Information Officer at OneDigital, a leading insurance, financial services, and HR consulting advisory firm, Marcia Calleja-Matsko leads the strategic planning and execution of all information technology services to support the company’s continued growth and innovation. With over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, she oversees a high-performing team of IT professionals focused on advancing OneDigital’s industry-leading technology platform to drive business outcomes at scale.

Marcia is a transformational leader known for building high-performing teams and driving enterprise-wide change. She has successfully led large-scale programs, operational turnarounds, and technology modernization efforts that align IT with business strategies and accelerate digital transformation. Before joining OneDigital, Marcia was CIO at Avanos Medical, Inc. (NYSE: AVNS), where she led enterprise technology strategy and delivery, including ERP modernization, cybersecurity, and digital health initiatives. Her earlier roles span air transportation, manufacturing, and benefits outsourcing sectors, where she oversaw architecture, applications, data, infrastructure, and security—consistently delivering measurable business value.

 Marcia is a two-time Georgia CIO of the Year Finalist (2020 and 2024) and currently serves as Georgia CIO Chair Emeritus. She brings deep expertise in guiding executive teams and boards through high-stakes business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and rapid growth environments.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Marcia is deeply committed to advancing women in technology. She serves on the board of Women in Technology (WIT) as Vice President and actively mentor’s young women and single mothers pursuing careers in STEM. Through her work with WIT, she supports multiple initiatives aimed at building a more inclusive and empowered technology workforce. Marcia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Florida.
