Marivic Hammond

Marivic Hammond serves as Director, Retirement Plan Consulting for OneDigital’s Northern California and Nevada market, where she leads a team of relationship managers while maintaining direct involvement in client service and overseeing team operations. Her work focuses on helping plan sponsors navigate plan design, investment oversight, and fiduciary compliance. She collaborates with advisors on strategic client initiatives, manages vendor relationships, and supports practice management to coordinate retirement plan services. Marivic also supports sales and non-sales strategy for the Financial Services West Region as she prepares to formally transition to the Regional Director, Retirement Operations role in 2027.

Marivic’s approach centers on understanding clients’ goals, the people they serve, and the priorities that shape their retirement programs. She brings more than 25 years of experience, with a background spanning business development, marketing, and portfolio management. Her interest in financial wellbeing extends to her community, where she volunteers and has previously served as a mentor to community college foundation scholars and as a leader of a professional women’s learning cooperative.

Marivic earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University. She holds the Certified 401(k) Professional (C(k)P®) designation from The Retirement Advisor University at the UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education and the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA™) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors.
