Meagan Karry

Meagan is National Practice Leader of Human Resources Consulting at OneDigital, leading the overall strategy and growth of the organization's Human Resources Consulting (HRC) practice.

Meagan has nearly 20 years of recruiting, talent management, human resources, and general business leadership experience. Before joining OneDigital in 2014, she spent ten years recruiting and developing attorneys in law firms and state legal aid. Upon joining OneDigital in 2014, Meagan built and led the company’s national talent management and training efforts. In 2020, she joined the national operations leadership team, and in 2023, began leading the HRC practice.

Meagan’s academic background includes a B.A. in Public Relations from Auburn University, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Emory University, and a certificate in business leadership from the University of Georgia Executive Education. Meagan and her husband Finley are the proud parents of two active boys who ensure
