Melanie Brasher

As Benefits Consultant, Melanie works alongside her clients to develop the benefits strategy and programs that align with the client’s overall business and people strategy.

Melanie started her career as a consultant at Accenture. She transitioned into roles as an HR Business Partner for Accenture’s U.S. Management Consulting and Global Strategy businesses. Since 2014, Melanie served as an HR Leader standing up the HR function in three different organizations. During her time as VP-HR, Melanie was a client of OneDigital and partnered with the OneDigital team to stand up new HRIS systems, deliver new wellness programs and enhance the employee experience through top-notch benefits, wellness, communications, and client advocacy programs. Melanie joined the OneDigital team in 2023 and brings a wealth of HR and benefits experience to build short-term and long-term solutions with her clients every day.

Melanie earned a BA in Business and Computer Science from LaGrange College and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
