Michael Ward

Michael Ward has a wealth of experience in leading high-growth organizations having been the owner and practice leader for several successful companies. In his role, he is heavily ivnolved with OneDigital’s acquisition efforts throughout the East region.

Prior to OneDigital, Michael was the President and owner of Insight Performance, a recognized leader for employee benefits and human resources consulting in New England. Insight was regularly recognized as one of the top Best Places to Work by the Boston Business Journal. Michael formerly served as the Executive Vice President of Eastern Benefits (employee benefits brokerage division of Eastern Bank) from 2004 through 2010. Before Insight, Michael was President and Founder of Harbour Benefits Insurance Brokerage, which he sold to Eastern Bank and its subsidiary Eastern Insurance LLC in 2004. 

Michael has been actively involved in several non-profit and business organizations having served as a Trustee for St. Mary’s of Lynn High School, North Shore Chamber of Commerce, Children’s Friend and Family Service, Plummer Youth Promise and SBANE. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University and MBA, summa cum laude, from Babson College.
