Michelle Norton

Michelle Norton joined ASI Wealth Management (ASI) in October 2023, assuming the role of Client Service Specialist at our Bend, Oregon office. In June 2024, ASI became part of OneDigital, where Michelle is committed to upholding ASI's dedication to delivering an exceptional client experience. Michelle brings nearly two decades of financial services experience, cultivated during her tenure in her native California.

Commencing her career at the age of 21 in the banking industry, Michelle swiftly progressed from Bank Teller to Operations Manager over a span of 10 years. During this period, she expanded her knowledge and refined her customer service acumen, establishing herself as a reliable professional for clients and colleagues alike. Throughout her career, Michelle has engaged with diverse clientele, ranging from individuals to corporations, offering guidance with a compassionate and attentive approach.

In 2017, Michelle relocated to Bend, Oregon, where she transitioned to the mortgage industry as a junior loan processor. Immersed in the dynamic pace of this field, she discovered an enhanced passion for serving clients. Michelle found fulfillment in contributing to significant milestones such as helping families purchase their first homes or facilitating mortgage refinancing.

Michelle, along with her husband and two young children made Bend their home. Beyond her professional endeavors, Michelle finds fulfillment in her volunteer work with organizations like the Shepherd's House and Habitat for Humanity, considering it one of her most rewarding commitments after motherhood. Speaking of which, Michelle holds the distinction of being ASI's sole patented inventor on the team. She designed a product to make diaper duty a whole lot easier.
