Mike is a benefits consultant at OneDigital with over a decade of experience spanning both the carrier and broker sides of the industry. Before joining OneDigital, Mike spent years at Anthem Blue Cross, giving him a firsthand understanding of how health plans are built, priced, and renewed, a perspective that directly shapes how he advises clients today.

Mike works with businesses of all sizes, from small employers navigating cost-effective plan options to large self-funded organizations exploring advanced strategies like captives, MERPs, HRAs, HSAs, and telemedicine carve-outs.
