About

Paul Litwinczuk is a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant at OneDigital with a passion for helping businesses run successful retirement plans. With over two decades of experience, ranging from recordkeeping leadership to serving as a Plan Administrator for a large 401(k), Paul brings a 360-degree view to his consulting. He enjoys partnering with employers to demystify regulations and streamline administration. His goal is to ensure plan sponsors feel confident in their fiduciary role while providing a benefit that truly supports their employees’ path to a successful retirement.

Paul is passionate about working with non-profits and businesses that are involved within their community. He currently serves as the Chair of the Governing Board for Albertina Kerr, a non-profit organization that empowers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges to lead self-determined lives. Previously, he was an organizer and founding board member of a youth mentoring non-profit.

Away from the office, Paul enjoys time with family and friends, embracing the outdoors through camping, backpacking, mountain biking, and being on the water via paddleboard and Sea Doo. He has been married for 20 years and has two daughters. Although he’s hung up his own cleats, he enjoys watching his daughters play competitive soccer and regularly attends Portland Timbers and Thorns matches.

Paul was born and raised in the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN. He graduated from Drake University (Iowa) with a degree in Finance and minor in Economics. He holds an MBA from Portland State University. He holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CFPA™) credential and the Series 65 license.
