As Prevailing Wage Services Manager, Paula ensures that our clients receive accurate and timely prevailing wage research and reports to support their US H-1B visa and permanent labor certifications.

With over 25 years of experience, Paula has spent her career specializing in the human resources, compensation and leadership development space. Prior to joining OneDigital | The Survey Group, Paula held a variety of leadership roles including that of Manager of Compensation for a hospital system where she was responsible for building and maintaining the compensation structure and performance management system. These skills uniquely position Paula to critically evaluate data in the context of each client and their specific needs.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
