Perk Reichley, CIC is a Principal on OneDigital's Property & Casualty team, serving clients throughout the greater Dayton and southwestern Ohio region from his base in Beavercreek. With more than 45 years of experience in the insurance industry, Perk is known for one thing above all else: doing right by the people he serves. His approach is relationship-first, his counsel is direct, and his commitment to every client is personal.

Perk joined the insurance industry in 1979 as the third-generation owner of a family agency with roots stretching back to 1946, when his grandfather founded what would become one of southwestern Ohio's most trusted independent insurance firms. Earning his Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Accounting, and Finance from Wright State University while beginning his career as a multi-line licensed agent and consultant, Perk grew the agency into a full-service operation serving more than 3,400 clients across personal lines, commercial property and casualty, workers' compensation, life and health, Medicare Supplement and Advantage plans, and international health and travel coverage. He later earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, reflecting a career-long investment in professional excellence.

Throughout his career, Perk has directed all facets of insurance operations, from client advisory and carrier relations to marketing, HR, and technology, giving him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on what it takes to build and sustain a high-performing, client-centered practice. That experience translates directly into the value he brings to OneDigital clients today: a trusted advisor who understands the full picture, asks the right questions, and delivers solutions that actually fit.

Now part of OneDigital, Perk and his team continue to personally serve their clients across the Beavercreek and Dayton area, now backed by OneDigital's national scale, expanded market access, and full-spectrum capabilities in employee benefits, financial services, and HR consulting. For clients, that means the same trusted, local service they've always known, with greater resources and broader solutions behind every conversation.

Outside of his client work, Perk is an active presence in the southwestern Ohio business community and a respected voice in independent insurance circles - someone who has spent more than four decades proving that expertise and personal service aren't mutually exclusive.
