Rachel MacDonald brings over 23 years of experience in the insurance industry. As a Business Development Executive at OneDigital, she advises employers with the right employee benefits programs that meet their goals and partner to create strategies that high-performing business leaders need to compete in the market.

Prior to joining OneDigital, Rachel worked as a Senior Account Executive at ConnectiCare, Inc & Affiliates in Farmington, CT, where her focus was on Large Group public sector and commercial segments.

Rachel’s entire career has been focused on the insurance industry, serving brokers, employers and members throughout CT and Western Massachusetts.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Connecticut State University located in New Britain, CT.
