Robert serves as Senior Director, Wealth Operations for OneDigital Financial Services, the division of OneDigital that includes OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC, where he focuses on financial services marketing, business development, and operations.
Prior to joining OneDigital, Robert was Director of Marketing for the Rosenthal Wealth Management Group (RWMG), a Washington, D.C. Metro-based firm acquired by OneDigital in 2026. Over decades with RWMG, he supported the firm's growth through new business development, event coordination, and data management.
Earlier in his career, Robert served as a Financial Representative with The Washington Financial Group, a division of Northwestern Mutual, and later with Capital Financial Partners, a MassMutual Financial Agency in Northern Virginia.
A United States Army Veteran, Robert was trained in broadcast journalism and public affairs at the Defense Information School. While on active duty, he studied communications at the University of Maryland (Asia and Europe campuses). This foundation has been central to his marketing and business development work in an industry he strongly believes in.
