Robert R. (Rennie) Worsfold

Rennie Worsfold is a Vice President and leads the Retirement Services division of the Danvers, MA office of OneDigital, where he helps employers design and manage their employee retirement plans with the goal of improving retirement outcomes for every plan participant. His efforts focus on plan operations, plan compliance, investment management as well as participant education and financial wellness.

Prior to OneDigital, Rennie led strategic partner development for ForUsAll, a modern 401(k) provider for small businesses, spent three years with Custodia Financial, helping bring to market specialty retirement solutions designed to help improve retirement security, and 18 years with Financial Engines helping build the leading defined contribution investment advisory and managed account service for more than 700 companies and 9 million retirement plan participants. From 2013 through 2017, he served as Vice President, Institutional Sales, leading both new sponsor distribution as well as the consulting and advisor relations functions and served on the management team, helping to shape overall product, distribution and service strategy for Financial Engines. He also led the business development efforts, launch and management of several of Financial Engines’ strategic partnerships with recordkeepers.  Additionally Rennie served as a member of the U.S. Department of Labor’s ERISA Advisory Council from 2015 to 2017.
 
Rennie received his MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College. He also has his CPA certification from the State of Illinois.
