Robin Singhvi

Robin Singhvi is Vice President, AI Programs at OneDigital, where he leads the firm's enterprise AI strategy and adoption. He is responsible for putting AI into the everyday work of colleagues across employee benefits, retirement and wealth, HR consulting, and property and casualty, and for proving what that work is worth to the business.

Since joining OneDigital, Robin has grown the company's AI coworker program from a pilot into a firm-wide capability, with a portfolio of AI assistants built for specific jobs in client service, sales research, and internal operations. 

Robin came to OneDigital after two decades in enterprise healthcare technology. He was the second employee at hCentive (acquired by Optum), and went on to roles at Edifecs (acquired by Cotiviti), Array Health (acquired by GetInsured), and Welltok (acquired by Virgin Pulse), where he served as Director of Solution Architecture. He also founded SmartCue, a B2B software company serving enterprise sales teams. Robin holds an MBA in entrepreneurship from Willamette University.
