Ronald Letaw is a Principal and Senior Vice President in Retirement Plan Consulting at OneDigital, where he serves as the Tampa Branch Manager. He collaborates with plan sponsors and committees across the private and nonprofit sectors, with a dedicated focus on public-sector local government organizations. In his day-to-day work, Ron advises on retirement plan consulting matters that include fiduciary governance practices, investment due diligence monitoring, and plan design considerations, supporting clients as they evaluate oversight processes and align plan operations with fiduciary standards.
Ron is known for an approach grounded in education and clear communication, with an emphasis on helping employers navigate legislative and regulatory requirements, strengthen the design and ongoing management of their retirement programs, with attention to participant financial wellness and retirement outcomes. Before joining OneDigital, Ron spent a decade at ING/Voya as Divisional Vice President of Client Relations, where he oversaw retirement plan relationships within the 401(k) recordkeeping environment.
Ron earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of South Florida. He holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation issued by the National Association of Plan Advisors and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation issued by fi360. Based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, he is a member of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association (FGFOA) and has spoken at local FGFOA chapter meetings.
