Ryan McIntyre

Ryan McIntyre is a Client Executive on OneDigital's Healthcare Consulting Practice, working with employers to better understand and manage their benefits programs. He partners primarily with organizations in the 100–1,000 employee range, helping HR and finance leaders cut through the complexity of healthcare so they can make confident, informed decisions for their people and their bottom line.

Before joining OneDigital in 2021, Ryan built his career in insurance as an underwriter at Chubb and then on the account management and brokerage at Aon, where he spent years focused on risk management. That foundation gave him a perspective on employer risk that he brings to every benefits conversation today. Ryan is a graduate of Temple University, where he graduated Cum Laude in Risk Management and Insurance.

At OneDigital, Ryan focuses on cost containment and pharmacy strategy, areas where the right guidance can make a meaningful difference for employers. His approach is direct and practical: help clients understand what they're buying, what they're spending, and where the opportunities are.

Ryan holds licenses in Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and Excess & Surplus lines. He lives in the Bucks County area with his wife and daughter and is an avid football and baseball fan.
