Ryan Rourke is a Client Executive at OneDigital based in New Hampshire, where he serves as lead strategic advisor to complex, multi-state employers throughout the state and across New England. With more than 25 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Ryan has built his career at both local and national brokerages, advising HR and finance leaders at multi-state and growth-stage organizations on how their benefits programs are funded — not just how they're priced.

He is a Licensed Life, Health, and Accident Producer and a Licensed Property, Casualty, and Personal Lines Producer, with specialized expertise in captive arrangements, self-insured and level-funded plan design, stop-loss structuring, and PBM optimization. Ryan is widely recognized for his command of claims and financial data — increasingly powered by AI-driven analytics — using it to model funding scenarios well in advance of renewal and to build recommendations employers can confidently defend to their own boards. He is the author of Beyond Broken: Revolutionary Healthcare Strategies for Employers and a co-organizer of DisruptHR Manchester, which he helped relaunch after a seven-year hiatus.

A proud ambassador of the OneDigital culture, Ryan is the founder of the Lowell Youth Baseball and Softball League and has served as a coach, board member, and volunteer for 29 years. He also serves on the board of the Merrimack Repertory Theatre. A Lowell, Massachusetts native now based in New Hampshire, Ryan brings that same commitment to youth development, the arts, and community building to the employers and communities he serves throughout New Hampshire.
