Samantha DiMercurio

Samantha DiMercurio is Vice President of Sales at OneDigital in New York City, bringing more than 15 years of experience in HR sales to her work with employers. Her background spans employee benefits, human capital management, and workforce solutions, including previous roles at Marsh McLennan Agency and ADP.

Samantha prides herself on building long-lasting relationships and taking the time to understand each client’s business, people, and priorities. As an innovative partner in the employee benefits space, she helps employers think through how their benefits can better meet employees’ needs. What she enjoys most is the opportunity to positively impact employees’ lives through those partnerships.

Her involvement in the HR community extends beyond her client work. Samantha serves as Vice President of Sponsorship on the New York City SHRM Board of Directors, following earlier leadership roles focused on membership. She also co-hosts Talk HR, NYC SHRM’s podcast, contributing to conversations about the issues and experiences shaping the HR profession.

A staunch advocate for women’s wellness, Samantha hosts a variety of women’s events, creating opportunities for connection and candid conversation. Her interest in wellbeing also carries into her personal life as a certified running coach.

Outside of her professional and community commitments, Samantha enjoys life with her husband and their two young boys.
