Scot Finch

Scot Finch is a senior benefits consultant at OneDigital Health and Benefits.  In his role, Scot partners with his clients to oversee strategic planning, analyze plan performance, and ensure quality service from the OneDigital Team. Scot has over twenty years of experience working alongside employers and specifically helping large (100+ employees) companies develop and deploy strategies which meet their financial objectives, while engaging their employees.  Prior to joining OneDigital, Scot held various sales and marketing roles with CareFirst Blue Cross and Cigna Healthcare.  Scot is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Health Policy and Administration.
