Scott Wham

Scott serves as Director of Compliance and Innovation, where he helps employers of all sizes navigate the changing healthcare landscape. He focuses on practical strategies to strengthen health and welfare benefit programs while ensuring compliance and supporting a strong workforce.

Outside of his day-to-day role, Scott is active in shaping healthcare policy to serve consumers better. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) chapter. Previously, he led the Greater Philadelphia NABIP chapter as President (2021–2023) and chaired NABIP’s National Legislative Committee (2020–2021).

Scott frequently speaks on health policy topics and has presented to a range of professional groups. He also served as an adjunct lecturer at Villanova University, teaching a graduate course on employer-sponsored benefit trends in 2016. In 2018, he completed a program in Population Health Management at Thomas Jefferson University’s College of Population Health.

Earlier in his career, Scott worked as an associate attorney at Del Collo & Mazzanti, LLP, defending employers and insurers in Workers’ Compensation cases. While in law school, he supported Cephalon, Inc.’s in-house counsel on regulatory matters, including employment, patent, tax, contract law, and mass tort litigation.

Scott earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Political Science with distinction from The Johns Hopkins University.
