Serene Lin

Serene joined the OneDigital HR Consulting team in early 2015 as a member of the Compliance Services Department, initially utilizing her legal background and outstanding analytical skills to research into regulatory policy updates. Serene now provides her expertise to clients in the field, assisting organizations with a variety of HR applications, such as onboarding and exits, development of HR processes and documentation, benefits management and reconciliation, employee relations and professional development, and more. As a graduate of the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in English, Serene also supports OneDigital’s many HR publications, including compliance newsletters, training webinars, and e-mail alerts. Efficient, precise, and flexible, Serene can always be relied upon to go above and beyond to support her team and the clients they serve.
