Beginning her career as a middle school teacher, Shelley’s foundation in education has fueled her lifelong passion for continuous learning and teaching others. This dedication drives her commitment to mentoring and coaching consultants, empowering them to lead organizations in enhancing benefit programs and managing healthcare costs.

As a Senior Executive Sponsor, Shelley is recognized for her expertise in building and nurturing client relationships at the highest level, ensuring that benefit philosophies and plans are strategically aligned with each client’s business objectives and organizational culture. Her broad expertise spans employee benefits, specifically in strategic management of healthcare plans, enabling her to provide comprehensive insights that benefit both clients and their employees.

Shelley actively participates in several Carrier Advisory Councils and stays proactively informed on the rapidly evolving healthcare marketplace. She holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management and organizational leadership, complementing her undergraduate degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. Additionally, Shelley serves on multiple nonprofit and industry boards, reflecting her strong commitment to community involvement and sector leadership.

Before joining OneDigital, Shelley founded Turnkey Benefits, later acquired by OneDigital, and worked in business development with Mass Mutual. Her diverse background, rooted in education and enriched by extensive industry experience, makes her a trusted advisor dedicated to driving meaningful outcomes for organizations and their employees.
