Spencer Whalen has been with OneDigital since 2013. He started with OneDigital as an employee benefits account manager specializing in client analytics, system workflow automation, and HR technology support. Spencer’s role today is to foster the relationship between clients and across all of OneDigital’s teams and solutions. Spencer holds an MBA from Georgetown as well as the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from IFEBP. He is an active member of the DC-area HR community, serving on the Board of Directors with DC SHRM and HR Virginia.
