Spencer Whalen

Spencer Whalen, MBA, CEBS, has been with OneDigital since 2013 and serves as Vice President of Workforce Solutions. An industry leader in employee benefits, Spencer advises organizations on benefits strategy, cost management, employee experience, and workforce solutions, with particular expertise supporting nonprofit organizations, including trade, professional, and membership associations. In 2026, he helped launch OneDigital’s Nonprofit Center of Excellence and spoke at ASAE's Annual Conference on benefits decisions that strengthen workforce and financial outcomes. Spencer began his career at OneDigital in employee benefits and focused on alternative funding, analytics, and HR technology. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from IFEBP and remains engaged in the DC-area HR community via both SHRM Washington DC as well as SHRM Virginia and DC.
