Stacey Tucker

Stacey Tucker serves as Senior Vice President, Retirement Plan Consulting at OneDigital in Dallas. She brings more than three decades of experience in the retirement plan industry to her work with employers and plan sponsors. She joined OneDigital in 2026 as part of the integration of CecilCo 401(k) Managed Solutions, where she served as managing partner and played a central role in shaping the firm's service models and client approach since 1986. 

Her career has been grounded in helping organizations navigate the operational and fiduciary dimensions of plan sponsorship, from designing service models to guiding clients through the administrative and compliance responsibilities that come with sponsoring a retirement program. She works with plan sponsors to support the participant experience, address fiduciary obligations, and manage the day-to-day complexity of running an effective plan.

Throughout her career, Stacey has worked with employers, human resource professionals, and accounting professionals and focused on making retirement plan consulting a hands-on, relationship-driven practice. 

Stacey holds the AIFA® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies at the University of Pittsburgh's Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, reflecting advanced knowledge of fiduciary standards and their application to investment management. She is also a licensed registered representative and Investment Advisor Representative.
