Ted Crawford

Ted Crawford, with over 29 years of experience in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) space, has held executive leadership roles and founded his own PEO two decades ago. His strengths lie in understanding the value proposition from a buyer’s perspective, leveraging technology for client needs and operational efficiency, and driving strong organic growth models. As the CEO of OneDigital Resourcing Edge, the PEO division of OneDigital has 70,000 worksite employees. Under his leadership, OneDigital Resourcing Edge has successfully completed 7 PEO acquisitions, expanding its 17-office footprint across the country.

Outside of leading OneDigital’s PEO division, Ted Crawford enjoys spending time outdoors – hunting, fishing, and golfing – but his greatest joy comes from being with his family. He and his wife, Dee, cherish every moment with their granddaughter. Ted often says, “The people are the company, not the name or what we do,” a belief that shines through in his leadership. With a team of over 400, he finds deep fulfillment in watching his people grow, succeed, and deliver service that truly makes a difference.
