Tim Connors

Tim Connors is the Director of Quoting and Analytics for OneDigital’s Northeast Region. He leads a team of analysts and financial benefits consultants that support our customers’ financial activities to help control costs. These activities include: renewal analysis, request for proposals (RFP), financial reporting, analytics and underwriting. Tim’s greatest satisfaction comes from coaching his team and guiding them along their career paths.

He continues to draw on his 20 years of experience in the industry helping clients manage a major business expense while still providing valuable benefits to keep the workforce happy and healthy. He earned a BS in Finance from the University of Central Florida and began his carrier his carrier as an underwriter at Aetna. He is the proud father of two boys and is an avid golfer.
