Tim Gibson

Tim Gibson has spent over 34 years helping high net worth individuals, business owners, and their families make smart, lasting decisions about insurance — and he's done much of that work right in his own backyard. Deeply rooted in the Concord, MA community, Tim is known as a trusted, approachable advisor who takes the time to truly understand his clients' goals before recommending a path forward.

Tim began his career with more than 15 years at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, founded his own practice in 2010, and in 2016 partnered with Cato Anderson to acquire McWalter Volunteer Insurance Agency in Concord — together building a practice known for its expertise, steady growth, and long-term client relationships.

As a Certified Long Term Care Specialist, Tim specializes in life insurance, disability, and long term care insurance. He works closely alongside estate planning attorneys to ensure his clients' insurance strategies are fully coordinated with their broader financial and legacy goals. A meaningful focus of his practice is helping high net worth families integrate insurance as a core component of their estate plan — often as part of the asset allocation within their irrevocable trusts, a straightforward but powerful tool for preserving and transferring wealth. Tim also partners with business owners to design thoughtful benefit packages that attract and retain top-performing employees.

Tim lives in Concord with his wife Bethany and their four daughters, two of whom are currently in college. He is a graduate of Providence College.
