Zach Delano is a Director, Retirement Plan Consulting at OneDigital. Zach provides strategic retirement plan consulting to employers, helping organizations design and manage retirement programs that improve participant outcomes, support employee retention, and align with broader corporate objectives.
Zach works closely with plan sponsors on a wide range of initiatives including plan design strategies, governance and fiduciary best practices, vendor benchmarking and fee analysis, and participant engagement. He is known for his client-focused approach and dedication to delivering high-quality service, while helping organizations achieve long-term retirement plan success.
Before joining OneDigital, Zach was Director of Retirement Operations at TimeScale Financial. He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2012, and earned the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation in 2025.
