Alicia serves as the Practice Leader for HR Consulting in Georgia and Florida at OneDigital. In this role, she leverages her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to exceptional client service to deliver innovative HR solutions. Alicia has been with OneDigital since 2017, previously serving as the Vice President of Client Services, where she led the Benefits Administration and Client Support teams.
Before joining OneDigital, Alicia spent 11 years at Totem, where she held various roles, including Enrollment Specialist, Senior Benefits Advisor, and Call Center Manager. As Director of Technology Solutions, she spearheaded the implementation of the Infinity HR benefit administration system for their client portfolio. In her role as Vice President of Call Center Operations, Alicia successfully managed a team of 30 professionals, providing benefits administration services to clients with 500 to 5,000 lives, including their largest client with 20,000 lives.
Alicia possesses expertise in Workday, SAP, Solaris, and Leave Link, making her a valuable asset in delivering comprehensive HR consulting services. Her dedication to client success and her ability to create tailored solutions position her as an invaluable extension of her clients' teams.
