Alicia Schoshinski leads the development and execution of OneDigital’s culture and employee experience for its nonprofit practice. In this role, she oversees the talent management strategy and partners with other senior leaders to guide clients to develop and implement talent programs and policies aligned with their strategic goals and missions. She has helped organizations successfully navigate change, facilitated workforce realignments, and created performance management programs, internal communications strategies, career paths and learning and development programs. Alicia provides thought leadership through presentations and articles and develops and facilitates workplace learning and information sharing.
Alicia brings more than 30 years of progressive HR management experience, including her work at Nonprofit HR, focused on talent management strategy and employee engagement, retention and development. Prior to this role, she was with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, where she served as Senior Director, Human Resources Management and Development. She is known for being a strategic thinker providing data-informed solutions. She also enjoys helping to bridge relationships with employees and managers and foster a values-led culture.
She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis on human resources from The Catholic University of America. Alicia is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and also holds the Senior Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) certifications from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). She is also a member of SHRM and the HR Leadership Forum. Alicia has served as a subject matter expert, writing and presenting on various talent management topics based on her experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, as well as extended family and friends. She is active in volunteering and enjoys travel.
