Amanda Shults is the National Practice Leader of Property & Casualty at OneDigital. In this role, Amanda oversees OneDigital’s fast-growing Property & Casualty (P&C) practice, ensuring best growth practices across all areas of the business while delivering an exceptional client experience. She is responsible for developing and implementing the P&C strategic vision and operating plan to achieve and sustain industry-leading growth, including elements from both an M&A and organic growth perspective. She collaborates closely with corporate and regional leadership, along with our local P&C field offices, to align teams, create operational efficiencies, and drive innovation and excellence.
Since joining OneDigital in 2023 as the Ohio P&C Practice Leader—Amanda has been instrumental in helping OneDigital’s Ohio P&C agencies work together to reach their growth and operational potential.
Amanda has a deep passion for culture development and leadership. Before OneDigital, she served as President & CEO of RiskSOURCE Clark-Theders insurance agency for over a decade.
