About
Amy has been in HR for her entire career in a variety of different roles and disciplines – benefits, communication, wellness, performance management, training and development, and compensation. She enjoys consulting with the leadership in our client companies to help them be the best they can be for and with their people. Her passion is in HR mentoring and coaching, process improvement and organizational growth.
Prior to joining OneDigital, Amy worked in HR in real estate management, consulting, higher education, and software development. She works with a diverse portfolio of industries and has been successful at leveraging best practices for her clients. She has been known to go from a trainer to a harassment investigator to a coach to a confidante – all in a day's work.
Amy is happiest outdoors and with her family. She holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
