As Managing Principal at OneDigital, Andy leads our Colorado team of professionals to serve our clients and their Employee Benefits, Retirement, Human Resources, and Property & Casualty needs. He is passionate about preserving the health, wealth, and wellness of both clients’ employees, as well as OneDigital team members.
Andy has over 23 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. He worked on the carrier side with Great-West Healthcare/CIGNA where he held a variety of underwriting, management, and sales positions over the course of nine years before joining OneDigital (Cherry Creek Benefits) in 2009. His expertise is in self-funded contracts, carrier risk underwriting, claims analysis, renewal negotiations, wellness evaluation, and strategic long-term benefit planning. Andy received his B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
