As Vice President Benefits Administration Operations, Ben is a dynamic, motivated, and client-focused leader of operations determined to implement innovative strategies that drive operational efficiency.
He directly oversees the Benefits Administration Technology department, which includes the Client Success and Fulfillment teams. These teams configure benefit administration platforms for OneDigital clients, including Employee Navigator, Ease, GoCo, Zenefits, etc., and support customers in the use of these systems and provide timely and accurate processing of associated eligibility changes.
Ben also manages BPO vendor partners and governance process, with the goal of helping corporate and field offices optimize their operations so that they can continuously improve their results.
He is a graduate of Sage School of Management and Norwich University. Ben served his country as a Sergeant in the US Army and married to his wife Rachel and are parents.
