As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Bill Carew is passionate about driving business growth and telling the OneDigital story across the country. He leads a team of high energy leaders who work hard every day to help organizations perform at the highest level possible.
Bill is a seasoned expert and entrepreneur with more than 30 years experience in the health and benefits business. He joined OneDigital through the acquisition of Ovation Benefits, now OneDigital Hartford, in September 2013 and he joined the national leadership team in 2015. In September 2019, Bill was promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Bill is active in many national and local business groups and has served on a number of non-profit organizations as a volunteer and board leader. He is a graduate of Boston College and Trinity College. Bill and his wife Karen are the proud parents of four kids.
