About
Bill is a Principal for OneDigital and has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry. He started his career in the marketing division at Independence Blue Cross. For six years he was involved in developing and implementing employee benefits plans for small and medium sized employer groups in the Philadelphia area. After Blue Cross, Bill spent eight years with a global technology services and infrastructure company where he worked with Fortune 500 companies, including numerous pharmaceutical, health insurance and hospital systems. In June of 2009, he joined forces with Matt Mink and Chas Pires to form Trinity Benefit Advisors (TBA). At TBA he focused on all forms of Consumer Directed Healthcare. TBA quickly grew and attracted the attention of OneDigital. The four partners of TBA were drawn to OneDigital’s focus on delivering market-leading benefits solutions including a sophisticated combination of strategic advisory services, analytics, compliance support, technology, and HR capital management tools. Bill uses his strong background to assist organizations of all sizes, to develop easy to implement strategies to improve efficiencies and manage costs.
Bill is a graduate of King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA and volunteers on the McGowan School of Business Advisory Board and Mentoring Program. He resides in suburban Philadelphia with his wife and three children and in his free time coaches youth softball and baseball in his community.
