As a Retirement Plan Consultant, Blade Zych works with retirement plan sponsors from various industries including For-Profit, Not-For-Profit, and Public entities with the goal of helping Americans retire with dignity. With experience on the Recordkeeping, TPA, and Payroll side of the business, Blade brings a diverse skillset to help aid plan sponsors in minimizing the burden of retirement plan administration. Blade is a fierce advocate on behalf of his clients, and he enjoys the challenge of solving the complex issues that plan fiduciaries face. He takes great pride in improving retirement plan outcomes for the participants of the organizations he interacts with.
As a lifelong native of Florida, Blade enjoys spending time outdoors, visiting the attractions, and traveling with his family. He is a former member of the men’s soccer team and graduate of Rollins College, where he completed his undergraduate degree along with the Crummer Graduate School of Business MBA program. Blade holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) and Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant (ARPC) designations.
