Camry Blaising

Camry Blaising is Chief Operating Officer at OneDigital, where she leads the company’s day-to-day operations with a focus on driving efficiency, quality, and scalable execution across the business. In this role, Camry oversees OneDigital’s national practices—including Employee Benefits, Property & Casualty, and Human Resources Consulting—along with the organization’s Centers of Excellence and key corporate operations functions. As COO, she translates strategy into execution by aligning teams and performance metrics to streamline operations, strengthen delivery across practices and Centers of Excellence, and ensure consistent value for clients and partners.

With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, Camry has held progressive leadership roles spanning operations, consulting, and client service. Prior to becoming COO, she served as OneDigital’s Executive Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Managing Principal of the Georgia market. Before joining OneDigital, Camry spent more than 14 years at Northwestern Benefit Corporation, where she held multiple leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer.

Camry is also active in the Atlanta community, currently serving on the board of Atlanta Habitat for Humanity and having previously served as a board member with SHRM–Atlanta and ISCEBS. Over the years, Camry has also served on a variety of national broker advisory councils for leading insurance carriers.
