Celeste Hough is a regional controller at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Celeste has almost five years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining OneDigital in 2018, she specialized in financial reporting for both public and private companies. As Financial Reporting Manager for Rice Energy (NYSE: RICE) and Rice Midstream Partners (NYSE: RMP), she was an integral management team member involved in numerous asset acquisitions and RMP’s initial public offering in 2014. She also gained public accounting experience, having begun her accounting career with KPMG. Celeste’s knowledge and experience with strengthening company financial objectives and growth strategy have been leveraged to develop the region’s unique client service offerings including payroll and consolidated billing.
Celeste graduated from Duquesne University with an Accounting degree and later gained her CPA. She currently lives in Wexford with her husband and two sons.
