Chelsey Willis serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent Management at OneDigital in Atlanta, GA. She began her journey with OneDigital in 2012 and has been a part of the People and Culture and Talent Management team from the very start. She now leads a team that focuses on developing, planning, and executing comprehensive talent strategies. These strategies are designed to promote talent mobility, ensure the retention of top talent, and achieve both regional and organizational objectives. The Talent Management Team supports over 850 leaders nationwide and acts as consultants for those leaders in aligning talent management practices with the overarching business goals of OneDigital. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Sewanee: The University of the South.
