Christine Mathews is a Principal for HR Consulting at OneDigital Pacific Region. For more than 20 years, Christine has managed all aspects of Human Resources in both start-up companies and in larger organizations.
She started her career in Finance with J.P. Morgan and then transitioned into Human Resources. Immediately before starting her own business, she managed Human Resources at Novacept, a medical device start-up, and grew the Human Resources function from 40 to a Surgical Division of 500 (including through multiple acquisitions) as the Director of Human Resources. She also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Baxano, Inc. In 2005, she started Christine Mathews Consulting, Inc. to provide high-quality outsourced Human Resource services for small firms and companies. In June 2021, OneDigital acquired Christine Mathews Consulting, marking its largest HR acquisition.
Christine holds a degree in Human Biology from Stanford University.
