About
Colleen Pfaller, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Principal, HR Consulting in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a member of OneDigital’s Mid-Atlantic HR Consulting team. She graduated from Xavier University, earning her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human resources management. In addition, she has achieved her Senior Human Resources Management Certification (SPHR) and Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certification (SHRM - SCP).
Before joining OneDigital, Colleen owned a nationally recognized HR consulting firm in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she and her team focused on fractional HR support and recruiting efforts. She is passionate about helping mid-sized employers build dynamic teams and thriving workplaces. She is also a reader, writer, and speaker and has been featured in Money Magazine, NPR’s Marketplace, Thrive Global, CareerBuilder, Spark Hire, National SHRM, and Disrupt HR, and she writes a column for HR Today.
Outside of work, Collen enjoys Avenger movie nights, Xavier basketball, Sycamore Youth Sports, long drives across the U.S., and spending time with her family.
