Courtney brings over 15 years of experience in the health engagement, wellbeing and health insurance space. Most recently, Courtney was Director of Health Engagement at Cigna. In this role, Courtney managed a team of Health Engagement Managers, Engagement Consultants and Health Benefit Educators. This team helps drive the successful execution of Cigna\'s health engagement strategy deployment, client onboarding, benefit education and communication efforts. Courtney empowered her team to drive successful partnerships with clients and their employee populations which aimed at improving culture, recruitment and retention efforts and overall behavioral change through claims driven analytics.
