Dave Nickelson-Rueschhoff serves as the National Complex Property Practice Leader within OneDigital's Property & Casualty division. He has spent the past two decades immersed in the dynamic and ever-changing world of commercial insurance. Over the course of his career, he has been dedicated to serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for his clients, delivering personalized solutions.
Dave's extensive experience began in personal lines sales for a captive insurance agent. He progressed into various roles on both the carrier and brokerage side, including insurance operations, underwriting, product management, and leadership. Most recently, he worked at a large global brokerage firm, specializing in placing complex property insurance for diverse industries such as mining, healthcare, higher education, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, and pulp and paper.
Thanks to his commitment to continuous learning and innovation, Dave developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of insurance solutions, regulations, and risk management strategies. He has built a reputation for his ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to meet his clients' needs.

A lifelong resident of Missouri, Dave holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
