Diane is a seasoned professional with diverse work experience in roles requiring strong communication skills, the ability to successfully drive complex projects, and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Diane has worked in a broad range of industries, including financial services, investment banking, and healthcare.
Prior to joining Insight in 2014, Diane worked at Bain Capital, Inc. for many years in HR, Benefits and Recruitment. Diane works directly with our clients to understand their business and provide outstanding support to build successful teams. Diane’s attention to detail and commitment to the recruiting process make her an invaluable member of the Recruiting Team. In addition, Diane contributes to the Operations, Finance and Marketing teams at Insight.
Diane serves as a Co-Leader of the Easton Neighbor Brigade, one of Neighbor Brigade’s 35 town-specific chapters of volunteers that provide immediate and free assistance to neighbors experiencing sudden crises such as cancer treatments, illnesses, accidents, or other tragedies. Through Neighbor Brigade, Diane has provided invaluable support to families in her community. Diane holds an AS from Lasell College.
