Erin Gordon is an Senior Consultant, Associate Vice President at OneDigital, where she brings deep expertise in HR technology, benefits strategy, and client service. Since joining OneDigital in October 2017, Erin has been a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of employee benefits with thoughtful guidance and strategic insights.
Before joining OneDigital, Erin served as a Human Resources Consultant with ProLiant, Inc., a payroll and human resources company. In that role, she worked extensively with HRIS platforms and benefit technologies—managing benefit portals and EDI files, setting up online enrollment renewals, and serving as a key liaison between carriers, brokers, and clients to resolve complex issues and communicate benefit changes effectively.
Erin is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia and holds both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.
