As a strategic consultant, Heather keeps clients abreast of industry specific requirements, risk mitigation strategies, employment and benefits trends, and the changing demands for HR professionals. Heather has a genuine curiosity and commitment to understand her clients’ goals and culture first, then makes it her mission to find the right solutions to achieve those goals and enhance the employee experience. Heather not only challenges herself professionally, but also provides support to her coworkers through training, mentorship, and leading strategic teams.
Heather has 25+ years of insurance industry experience in small, mid, and large group markets, and holds life and health licenses in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Prior to joining OneDigital, Heather worked for two other brokerages, and a large third-party administrator (TPA).
When Heather isn’t traveling domestically or internationally, she can be found biking the trails of Minnesota, attending book club, teaching wine classes, or spending time with family and friends.
