About

Jason Chepenik, CFP®, is a Principal and Senior Vice President in the Financial Services division at OneDigital. Jason has worked in the financial services industry for over two decades, with experience providing fiduciary guidance for corporate retirement plans.

He has been involved in initiatives exploring the use of technology in financial advisory services, including an internal AI experiment featuring “Cheppy,” an an AI-powered avatar of himself designed to demonstrate potential applications of emerging technology.

Jason has participated as a speaker at industry conferences and various media outlets, sharing his insights to inspire others with his forward-thinking perspectives. His commitment to helping improve retirement outcomes has earned him recognition as a 2026 PLANADVISER Vision Award Platinum Stars winner for being at the forefront of trending industry conversations and demonstrating excellent service to plan sponsors and participants. Outside of his professional work, Jason is involved in community initiatives focused on financial literacy. As the founder of the 4.01k Race for Financial Fitness™, he has helped raise money to support community-based financial literacy programs.
