Jenni Bedell leads Human Resources Consulting for OneDigital’s Tennessee and Kentucky markets. Jenni joined OneDigital in 2019 as a Human Resources Consultant partnering with clients to provide strategic HR support and ultimately build out best in class employee programs. She moved into the role of HR Client Executive in September of 2021 to continue her partnership with clients while also working to grow OneDigital’s workforce solutions presence in Tennessee. In early 2023 Jenni transitioned into an overall leadership role with responsibility for growth and execution of OneDigital's HR Consulting business in Tennessee and Kentucky.
Prior to joining the OneDigital team, Jenni had 16 years of experience in the hospitality, entertainment and design and construction industries. She speaks regularly on Human Resources related trends and employer best practices and her strengths in relationship building and foundational human resources make her a trusted advisor on employee experience issues across a variety of industries.
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Jenni has a bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is HRCI and SHRM certified.
