Jenni Bedell leads Human Resources Consulting for OneDigital’s Tennessee market. Jenni joined OneDigital in 2019 as a Human Resources Consultant, partnering with clients to provide strategic HR support and ultimately build out best-in-class employee programs. She moved into the role of HR Client Executive in September of 2021 to continue her partnership with clients while also working to grow OneDigital’s workforce solutions presence in Tennessee. In early 2023 Jenni transitioned into an overall leadership role with further responsibility for the growth and execution of OneDigital’s HR Consulting business in Tennessee.
Prior to joining the OneDigital team, Jenni had 16 years of experience in the hospitality, entertainment and design and construction industries. An innovative, strategic expert on the employee experience, Jenni has been featured as a guest on WSMV-TV’s “Today in Nashville” and contributed to content in USA Today, The Tennessean, Nashville Business Journal, Authority Magazine, OneDigital’s “Fresh Thinking” blog and more. She speaks regularly on Human Resources related trends and employer best practices, and her strengths in relationship building and foundational human resources make her a trusted advisor on workforce issues across a variety of industries.
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Jenni has a bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is HRCI and SHRM certified.
